HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Set up Fundraiser with us!

Do so online, over the phone, via email or in person.

Paper Order Forms: The group leader will receive order-form packets in the mail to distribute to sellers.

BB West will drop off or mail packets to organization.

The group leader will visit the website below to login to your group's fundraiser: https://shop.schoolshopping.org/Report2020/ReportLogin.asp

(Please note the online website is available 5 days before your fundraiser begins)

Login School ID: (Example) SS7105Password: Default password is the last name (lower case) of group leader.​​

On your cover/parent letter is where you will find your log in school ID.

Step 2: Start Selling

Step 3: Mail in your order forms

When fundraiser is over, Group will collect all order forms. If you want the teacher’s name on the boxes, the order forms have to be separated and clipped together by teacher.

Mail top white copy of order form immediately to the following address:

Mailing out the white order forms late may delay delivery.

Step 4: Delivery and Pick up

Group will reconcile the money and deposit into group’s bank account.

Keep pink copy of order form for your record.

Alphabetize yellow copy of order form alphabetically by last name to give to seller on delivery day.

BB West will provide sales report of the fundraiser. 

BB West will Create invoice and email to contact of organization.

Please have 2-3 people to help unload pallets (takes approx. 15 minutes to unload 1 pallet.)
